Agent Statuses

There are several statuses of agent that you can see on Overview page of your dashboard. Despite the "alarming" view of them they do not mean that the agent does not work. In most cases it is temporary situation caused by the server overload or network connection.

Need to Install

It means that agent manager is not installed and is required for enabling Firewall and Antivirus.

Installing

It means that agent manager is installing at the moment. Usually, it takes up to 1 hour.

Not Installed

It means that agent manager failed to install.

Working

It means that agent manager is installed and everything works fine.

Internal Error

It means that the server is overloaded or there are some problems with connection. It is temporary situation that needs little time to recover (around 10-15 minutes). If the status does not change within 2 hours, contact support.

Update Error

It means that agent manager failed to update due to the old version or change in permissions. It is required to follow the system requirements.

Config Error

It means that the server is overloaded or there are some problems with connection. It is temporary situation that needs little time to recover (around 10-15 minutes).If the status does not change within 2 hours, contact support.

Session Error

It means that the agent manager has invalid encrypted keys. Contact the support.

Agent Unavailable

It means that the server is overloaded or there are some problems with connection. It is temporary situation that needs little time to recover (around 10-15 minutes).If the status does not change within 2 hours, contact support.
