The WebTotem Antivirus scans automatically every 12 hours and on demand. It scans all website files and detects changed, deleted, and infected files. It shows the date when a file was first found, even after multiple rescans.
Antivirus also shows the logs or historical data of your website which means that if it has detected the infected file, it will show it in the dashboard even after its removal.
Infected files, which contain malware, are highlighted in red. You can sort them from all files by selecting the "Infected files" filter. The dashboard provides the name of the file and its path.
When the antivirus detects malware, you can isolate the problem with one click. Simply click the trash icon beside an infected file.
The program quarantines the file by encrypting the malicious content, changing the object's name, and blocking access to it. The file remains in the same directory, but the content and name changes. If you accidentally delete an important file, you can restore it with one click. The file name will be decrypted, and it will be restored to its original state.
For example:
/wp-content/uploads/wso.php
/wp-content/uploads/.wt_wso.php_wt (with encrypted content)
And back:
/wp-content/uploads/.wt_wso.php_wt
/wp-content/uploads/wso.php (with decrypted content)
